1. Overview

To maintain the performance, reliability, and affordability of our platform, we implement a Fair Usage Policy. This ensures that a small number of “Power Users” do not negatively impact the service quality or costs for the rest of the community. This policy applies to all users on the £8 Standard Plan.

2. Monthly Usage Tiers

Usage is calculated based on the number of “Interactions” (a single prompt sent by the user and the resulting response from the AI).

• Tier 1: High-Performance (GPT 5.4)

  Users are allocated 600 interactions per month using our high-precision GPT 5.4 engine. This model provides the highest level of reasoning and detail for complex tasks.

• Tier 2: High-Efficiency (GPT 5 mini)

  Once the 600-interaction limit is reached, users will be moved to our high-efficiency GPT 5 mini engine for a further 6,000 interactions. This ensures you can continue working with high speed and reliability for standard tasks.

• Tier 3: Usage Cap

  In the event a user exceeds a total of 6,600 interactions in a single billing month, access to the AI services will be paused until the start of the next billing cycle.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

During our early phases (Phases 1 & 2), usage monitoring and tier transitions are performed manually by our systems team.

• We reserve the right to transition accounts to the High-Efficiency tier once the 600-interaction threshold is approached or met.

• Users nearing their limits may receive a notification via the platform or email.

• Limits reset automatically on the first day of your next billing month.

4. Prohibited Activities

The £8/user plan is intended for individual, manual use by a single human being. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account suspension:

• Automation: Connecting the account to bots, scripts, or automated workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom APIs).

• Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials with multiple people to bypass per-user pricing.

• Reselling: Using the output of the service as part of a high-volume commercial resale operation without a Business Agreement.

5. Policy Variations

We are committed to evolving this policy as our technology and infrastructure grow. We reserve the right to modify these limits with 30 days’ notice to our users. For users who consistently require usage beyond these limits, please contact us to discuss our Enterprise/Pro Tier.
